History tends to repeat itself...

Wars throughout time have been fought for natural resources, and paradoxically, require a staggering amount of natural resources in order to be waged.  Resonance views war through the lens of an object that, for countless centuries, man has cast in times of peace, and melted down in times of war.

Surprisingly, the theft of sacred Buddhist temple bells by the American military, and the times of their rediscovery in America, punctuate many of the important moments of US/Japan history since 1853.
